Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Staff Accountant in Chatsworth, California. As a Sr. Staff Accountant, your main role will be to handle the company's accounts, prepare and maintain financial records, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our banking and accounting operations. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process and manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). • Responsible for the preparation of general ledger entries while ensuring the maintenance of records and files. • Conduct regular bank and balance sheet accounts reconciliation. • Ensure the accuracy of online banking reports and management reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. • Address accounting and financial queries by conducting thorough research and data analysis. • Oversee and ensure the successful close of month-end financial activities. • Uphold strict adherence to deadlines in all accounting operations. • Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word in performing tasks. • Possess exceptional communication and reporting skills to effectively communicate financial information. • Work both independently and collaboratively in a group to meet accounting objectives. • Maintain a detail-oriented approach to all accounting tasks to ensure accuracy.
