We are seeking a Bilingual Staff Accountant to play a key role in financial operations at our brand new manufacturing facility in Mexico . This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting financial reporting, analysis, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing financial data. Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system by accurately inputting data. Develop and analyze financial reports using spreadsheets and other reporting tools. Prepare general ledger entries, maintain financial records, and reconcile accounts. Process payments, including expense accruals and vendor management. Evaluate and improve accounting procedures by reviewing and optimizing current processes. Research and interpret financial data to answer accounting-related inquiries. Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information. Stay current with industry best practices by participating in ongoing education and training. Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred (Associate’s degree required). Minimum 2 years of experience in general accounting. Experience in manufacturing/cost accounting is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Experience with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, SAGE, or Oracle is a plus.
