Description Robert Half is partnering with a reputable construction builder in Rehoboth Beach, DE who is seeking a skilled Staff Accountant on a contract-to-hire basis! As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial records and ensuring that financial transactions are properly recorded. This includes bank reconciliation, general ledger entries, and month-end closing activities. Responsibilities: Responsible for keeping accurate books & records for the company and its subsidiary entities Recording financial transactions Executing month-end close procedures Preparing and issuing financial statements for any assigned entities on a timely basis Performing bank reconciliations and other balance sheet account reconciliations to certify the financial statements on a monthly basis Assist in certain Accounts Payable functions, such as processing invoices and routing them for appropriate approval, assisting in the payment run process, and performing vendor maintenance If you or anyone you know is immediately available for work and interested in learning more, don't wait and apply online today before its gone!
