Description Leading services company located in the Greater Philadelphia area is in need of a thorough Staff Accountant with SAP experience. In this role you will prepare financial statements, maintain the general ledger, assist with the auditing process, prepare accounts payable/receivable transactions, and assist with payroll as needed. We are looking for a Staff Accountant with proven knowledge of GAAP, working knowledge of Salesforce, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google applications. Primary Duties + Prepare and analyze financial statements + General ledger management + Organize and update financial records + Audit daily cash receipts + Perform bank account reconciliations + Budgeting & Forecasting + Assist with cash application transactions + Coach, mentor staff Requirements The ideal Staff Accountant will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
