We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Staff and Senior Accountants to join our finance team. This role is remote. Responsibilities Include: General Ledger Maintenance: Record and reconcile daily financial transactions. Maintain and update the general ledger. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data. Process month end close. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Assist in the analysis of financial reports to identify trends and variances. Generate ad-hoc financial reports as requested. Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist in the collection of outstanding receivables. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management in the development of annual budgets. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies. Assist in the preparation for financial audits. Work with auditors to provide necessary documentation. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Assist in identifying areas for cost reduction and process improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of experience in accounting roles, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit environment. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
