The opportunity
We are looking for Consultants with expertise in Organization and Workforce transformation to join the PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the team.
Your key responsibilities
Leverage experience in Organization Design, Workforce Planning, Leadership & Culture and Talent Management to deliver workforce transformation projects for global clients in collaboration with various parts of the GDS organization and other EY member firms Provide support in capturing industry thought leadership, organisation / process metrics benchmarking to create outstanding deliverables Build strong relations and drive effective communication with client and project team counterparts across global locations Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

To qualify for the role, you must have
Ideally, you’ll also have
Experience in determining Key People Metrics by analysing data sets & identifying trends Experience in project management, tracking, benefits reporting and stakeholder management Experience in Organizational change management and training Working knowledge of HR systems and other cloud/ ERP technologies
