The Maintenance Mechanic Sr. performs general manufacturing production and non-production machine and equipment maintenance. Performs preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum up-time.
Schedule: Monday through Thursday 3:00 PM to 1:30 PM
Pay: $34.75 Per Hour with $1.00 Shift Differential
Responsibilities• Works safely and follows all required PPE and Safe work rules.
• Receives and manages time sensitive work order assignments.
• Reads hydraulic and pneumatic blueprints and repairs hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoots and repairs production and non-production machines and equipment.
• Repairs materials handling equipment as required.
• Troubleshoots and repairs motor control and drive systems, various robotics systems, machine network systems, tooling systems, industrial control systems, and various forms of industrial automation.
• Performs metal fabrication, welding, and heavy equipment repair.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• All other duties as assigned.
Must have organization skills, effective communication skills with both technical and professional staff
Ability to troubleshoot problems and offer solutions on all industrial systems.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance
Ability to work efficiently and with a sense of urgency
Ability to demonstrate overall safe work behavior; including the utilization of proper safety equipment and adhering to safety guidelines.
