Position Overview
The Engineer II is critical to the success of the Digital Client strategy, the digital services we provide to our customers, and supporting our cloud and data strategy.
The role forms part of the larger Digital Client technology team with a focus on maturing release and support processes as well as optimizing performance, supportability, scalability, and cost of our infrastructure. The successful candidate will also act as key contact in the European time-zone for escalations to L3 Support, Major Incidents, and release support.
