Responsibilities

Lead the purchasing department's financial performance, focusing on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.Address complex issues by focusing on the needs of internal and external stakeholders to enhance sourcing and procurement processes.Align the Purchasing team's goals with organizational objectives, emphasizing vendor management, cost savings, and effective sourcing.Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to improve terms, reduce costs, ensure quality, and mitigate risks.Maintain strong relationships with key managers to understand their needs and facilitate process improvements.Offer expertise in bid management and pre-tender processes, ensuring strategic procurement sourcing.Develop policies for supplier performance review against contracts and business requirements.Resolve supplier-related issues in collaboration with global procurement teams.Develop, review KPIs, manage hiring, staff training, and performance evaluations.
