Your Impact
As a Sr. Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of AI, Analytics, and System Management services for some of the world's largest global clients. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving intricate technical issues related to End Point Management, Operating Systems, and AI systems. Your expertise will help maintain customer satisfaction by troubleshooting, configuring, and optimizing complex software solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to knowledge sharing, incident management, and continuous process improvement while acting as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams.

3-5 years’ experience in a technical support environment.Strong troubleshooting skills, including diagnostic analysis using traces, dumps, and debugging tools.Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux Operating Systems and database administration (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL).Experience in network troubleshooting (NW/IP Stack) and backup/storage technologies (Data Protector, Veritas Backup, CommVault, Veem, etc.).Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Good scripting knowledge in Perl, Python, or Shell.Soft Skills & Mindset:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.Ability to mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvement.A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Passion for customer success, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and confidence.Nice to Have:
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Web Services/JavaScript.Polish language proficiency is a plus.
