The Technical Project Manager for Government Accounts will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level federal government technical personnel on behalf of Stryker Medical’s legacy Acute Care and Vocera Communications product portfolios.
What you will do:
Complete federal compliance assessments in collaboration with Veterans Association national stakeholders.Serve as the Federal technical point of contact to ensure a viable roadmap for products/services in the Fed space.Develop relationships and become a trusted advisor with critical VA/Defense Health Agency (DHA) enterprise-level stakeholders, including but not limited to DHA Program Management Office (PMO); DHA CyberLOG Command; VA Office of Information Technology (OIT)Develop technical expertise for all legacy Acute Care and Vocera connected products and solutions.Maintain close collaboration with Product Security, Product Development, R&D, and Portfolio Marketing to ensure federal standards are included in next-generation products/services.Serve as the federal technical point of contact to ensure a viable roadmap for products/services in the federal government space.Point of escalation for service teams to support the deployment and efficacy of Vocera solutions.Partner with Sales on deployment project-related meetings and/or calls on an as needed basis.What you need:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field6+ years of technical account management, healthcare IT, or related experienceDemonstrated experience with cloud-based architecture offerings and government security compliance protocolsPreferred:
Demonstrated ability to articulate technical specificationsProfessional writing skills and strong competence developing customer facing documentationExperience supporting Vocera solutions$87,600 - $143,600 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
