Amazon Logistics (Last Mile) is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to advance the level of sophistication and critical thought around planning technologies to support our growing Last Mile business. This TPM will work directly with software engineering, research science and product to drive new ideas and improvements in Last Mile labor and capacity planning tools.

This role will work to improve existing tools and create new ones critical to labor and capacity planning at Amazon. You will use your technical and business acumen to work with stakeholders to identify, define, and deliver scalable solutions that enable Amazon’s Last Mile operations to deliver for our customers. You will lead the development of product roadmaps, launch planning and instill a culture of best in class development principles for our product managers and software development partners.

Successful candidates will have a strong technical background, be detail driven, have excellent problem solving abilities and strong communication. You will have a deep understanding of product and software implementation details and will successfully represent the technical team to senior leadership and customers.
