25WD86750Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Technical) to join Autodesk's Enterprise Data Management team within the Growth and Experience Technology Organization.

We are responsible for delivering data products, insights and data capabilities that support key Autodesk functions such as Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, People & People experiences. We ideate, plan, build and run the foundation for Autodesk. We focus on cloud and integration technologies, methods, and architectures.
Responsibilities
Partner with PM leadership to define the product vision and strategy for the Enrichment and Mastering services within the Enterprise Data Management Domain in furthering company goals and objectivesIdentify and align teams on core customer problems and drive scalable, reusable enterprise solutions.In partnership with cross functional teams, Marketing, Sales, CS, develop scalable solutions that can be adopted by other GTM products.Oversee delivery of multiple roadmap commitments in partnership with Eng with Product Management accountable for landing business impact as the "CEO of product capability set"Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Analytics and data science teams, marketing, sales, CS, Engineering, and UX to inform strategy and vision.Develop and define comprehensive final PRDs & success metrics that set examples for the Domain.Define OKRs including the measurement methodology, baseline, and targets by quarter, supported by a high confidence roadmap to land the committed business impactLead through uncertainty with proactive anticipation and mitigation of risks, managing partners, and guiding the team towards vision that you've definedEnsure understanding and strategic partnership through regular interlocks, 1:1s and stakeholder management best practicesMinimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience driving product strategy, vision, and implementation of enterprise data products partnering with enterprise architects, engineering, and multiple stakeholders (business, legal, compliance)Enterprise Data Expertise – Experience in Enterprise Data Management (EDM), with a strong focus on Enrichment Services, Master Data Management (MDM), and Customer Data to ensure high-quality, unified, and enriched data products.Data-Driven Product Thinking –Someone who can translate raw enterprise data into actionable insights that drive marketing, sales, and operational workflows, ensuring strong data-driven decision-making.Technical Acumen – Proficiency in data platforms, data pipelines, APIs, and governance frameworks, with an ability to work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable and high-performing data products.Experience with Data Enrichment Services – Experience in integrating third-party data sources (dnb, zoominfo, 6sense, bombora etc), identity resolution, and enrichment processes to improve customer data completeness, accuracy, and usability.Master Data Management (MDM) Expertise –Knowledge in data quality, deduplication, hierarchy management, and golden record creation, ensuring consistent and reliable enterprise data assets.Cross-Functional Collaboration –Someone who can effectively align stakeholders from data engineering, analytics, marketing, and sales to ensure data products meet business needs.Outcome-Driven Mindset – A TPM who prioritizes measurable business impact, ensuring that data products deliver clear ROI by enhancing customer intelligence, personalization, and operational efficiencies.Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences - internal, external, business, and technicalExceptional planning, facilitation, dependency management, risk management & analysis skillsBS Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalentPreferred Qualifications
MS Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalentExperience working with geographically diverse teams a plusTechnical fluency in cloud data technologies, architectural concepts, and schedule tradeoffs partnering with technical team members.Experienced working through vague requirements to drive executionAbility to take risks and make quick decisions as neededLearn More

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,000 and $216,700. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.Equal Employment Opportunity
