Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner

The Talent Acquisition Partner will leverage various channels to source candidates and collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs efficiently. You will stay abreast of talent acquisition trends, represent the organization at recruiting events, and provide strategic hiring insights to secure top talent. Building strong relationships with external recruiting sources and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from screening to onboarding are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you may lead or support projects aimed at enhancing recruitment processes and outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive data-driven decision-making within the talent acquisition process. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping the future of our organization by ensuring that we attract and retain top talent to achieve our strategic objectives

A Day in the Life...

Collect and analyze data related to recruitment processes, such as candidate sourcing, application funnel, and time-to-fill metricsCreate insightful reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insightsDriving innovation to the recruitment process for increased productivity and streamline efficiencyMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvementsPartner with our Human Capital Analytics team to utilize predictive analytics to forecast future hiring needs and potential challengesPartner with hiring managers & business teams from all levels of the organization to facilitate the full recruitment life cycle, including reviewing and updating job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and debriefingRecruit for corporate & manufacturing full-time, and temporary roles, as well as, support global teams’ recruitment effortsOccasionally work with outside staffing agencies to assist in talent acquisition effortsWork with compensation to prepare, extend and negotiate job offersExecute employer branding initiatives and promote job opportunities via various social media channelsUnbiasedly evaluate applicants based on job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualificationsLead and develop recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidate poolsMaintain vendor relationships including staffing agencies and other recruiting partnersPartner with broader team on diversity and inclusion initiativesEnsure fair, consistent, and efficient practices, as it relates to sourcing, recruiting, and hiringStay up to date on the latest best practices and technology in the Talent Acquisition space to facilitate continuous improvement of policy & strategy

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience • Union environment experience preferred • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems - Workday preferred • An understanding of current legislation and laws around hiring practices • Ability to build relationships, influence and offer best practice solutions to business partners • Team-oriented, collaborative and a problem solver • Detail-oriented and data-driven

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Preferred)
