Responsibilities Arcfield is growing and seeking a Systems Engineer Technical Specialist to support Infrastructure Management for their customer’s COMM Directorate. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to monitor and maintain information technology infrastructure to ensure the best use of resources, protect against data loss and monitor key aspects of IT components, System and service utilization. (Please note, an offer for this position will be contingent on an awarded contract.) Key Responsibilities Include: Facilitate and implement an Information Technology, Information Assurance, Information Management (IT-IA-IM) workforce to ensure training, development, certification, and policy compliance Develop, coordinate, and deliver, mitigation plans, technical data, plans of action and milestones, or other reporting requirements in response to inspections, audits, or other external compliance reviews Coordinate with Office, Group, Directorate, the Chief Information Officer (CIO), IC and other elements for full inspection, audit, FISMA, or compliance redress and mitigation, strategy development, or current/future audit, inspection, and/or compliance planning requirements Update, manage, and deliver the Corporate Product List (CPL) and process CPL requests, provide technical feedback, and deliver reports, measures, and metrics regarding the disposition of the CPL Support Office, Group, Directorate, and/or Chief Information Officer (CIO) standards and compliance activities, waivers processes, system or technology acquisition, and the management of security, technology, or information management controls Qualifications Required: BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 10+ Must possess and have the ability to maintain an Active Top Secret / SCI w/Poly Clearance  Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics Outstanding customer intimacy skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams as well as to interface effectively with personnel at all levels of government  A commitment to quality, accuracy, continuous improvement, and be detailed oriented  Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks concurrently  Strong communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical audiences  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills  Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and critical thinking to execute mission objectives  The ability to travel as necessary to satisfy assigned tasks  Be comfortable and flexible with executing additional duties as assigned  Demonstrated ability to use a holistic approach to, design, develop, evaluate and modify end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle. Experience ensuring that requirements comply with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods. Previous expertise acting as a customer liaison demonstrating support for business development activities and understands requirements.
