Reports into the materials group which also manages the logistics functions of Stockroom and Planning. **What You Will Do:** + Leads cell transformation activities. + Ensures 100% auditable integrity of the cell. + Supervise a Stockroom Department of 25 employees. + Administer performance reviews and discipline for direct reports. + Improves turnaround time in cell to ensure the business attains high OTD. + Escalate situations where needed to appropriate manager and department. + Review’s configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment. + Drives improvement and assist with any technical issues that the team needs assistance with. + Ensures fast turnaround time, proper expediting of hot items, internal customer communication. + Holds staff accountable to following our thorough processes to ensure compliance to our policies and eliminate escalations. + Enhances process thoroughness and standard work to eliminate missing hardware, improve productivity of employees and accuracy of tasks. + Building and maintaining sound processes for strong cell integrity, troubleshooting, and breaking down cell issues, and maintaining and owning many reporting tools. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
