Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineering at LinkedIn is a team that builds products that power LinkedIn's business infrastructure and ecosystem. We drive technology vision, architecture, design, implementation, and roll out for systems that enable the company to deliver on significant business processes (account management, payment processing, ordering/quoting and commercial models, etc.). We provide products that let our customers do business with us in a seamless, world-class way, help grow our top line and increase our efficiency.
LinkedIn is looking for a Sr. Staff Technical Program Managers for our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. You will be responsible for driving strategic programs and tactical projects that enable our organization to build and scale world class platforms that serve our end users, customers and LinkedIn’s employees. You will partner with engineering teams and a variety of stakeholders across LinkedIn, to lead some of the most complex and impactful initiatives.
Do you enjoy helping users solve complex problems? The successful candidate will be technically strong, have a solid track record of program and project management, will have worked with large number of stakeholders, and will have demonstrated excellent planning, execution and delivery.
Responsibilities:
•Lead multiple cross-functional technical teams to deliver their objectives for data related programs and projects
•Develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives
•Drive new organization-wide programs to ensure data and reporting across the GTM space.
•Own and manage program and portfolio planning, execution of roadmap, and engineering operations for multiple verticals
•Drive alignments and prioritization across all technology initiatives, manage roadmap for a single consistent view and lead communications
•Build strategic relationships with key technology and business leaders to ensure program success
•Drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
•Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths
•Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver
•Report on project status or portfolio roadmap, risks, issues and mitigation plans
•Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation and continuous learning
•Coach and mentor others in the best practices of modern planning and execution
Basic Qualifications:
•8+ years of technical program management experience
•B.S./B.A. in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Technical program management experience in Go-To-Market, CPQ or CRM solutions.
•Experience managing company wide, large scale, high impact programs
•Proven success on establishing organization-wide processes and communication framework for R&D initiatives
•Direct work experience in a technical project management capacity to drive large technical initiatives including all aspects of process development and execution.
•Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs executed through multiple geographic locations
•Direct experience working with software engineering leadership, business teams and individual contributors
•Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

The pay range for this role is $160,000 to $262,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
