Your New Role:
The Sr Staff, Strategy and Business Operations, will play a key role in supporting the execution and operationalization of the enterprise data and AI strategy. This individual will work closely with the functional leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure that AI and data initiatives are executed on time and have the desired business impact. The role will focus on business process management, performance tracking, project governance, and ensuring the operational success of data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Execution Management:
Support Prioritization of Business Impact Areas: Work with engineering, AI, analytics, and product teams to identify key focus areas that align with business goals and assist in overcoming obstacles to drive outcomes.
Assist with Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with technology teams to help align the execution of data and AI initiatives with business objectives, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
Assist in Project Prioritization: Support the senior leadership in tracking and prioritizing data and AI initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines, managing resource allocation where appropriate.
Collaborate with technology, enterprise data, and AI teams to ensure that key objectives, timelines, and priorities are understood and aligned.
Help foster a culture of innovation and best practices within your team, assisting in the successful implementation of AI and data-driven solutions.
Performance Management & Metrics:
Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of data and AI initiatives.
Support the development of balanced scorecards to monitor key KPIs and operational success.
Governance & Risk Management:
Help establish project governance frameworks to monitor the progress of AI and data initiatives and ensure they stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
Assist in ensuring that data and AI solutions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Operational Support for Cross-Functional Teams:
Act as a key point of contact for various operational teams to ensure alignment on business needs and AI integration.
Assist in managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring operational efficiency and delivery.
Change Management & Adoption:
Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of AI solutions and new business processes.
Facilitate training sessions for operational teams to enhance their understanding of AI tools and data-driven processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Contribute to the ongoing optimization of business processes, using insights from data and AI solutions to suggest process improvements.
Monitor AI and data projects post-implementation to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experiences:
12+ years of experience in business operations, data management, or AI project governance.
Proven ability to collaborate across teams to drive operational success.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of AI technologies and data platforms.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with business process management and performance tracking.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
