'.- Report to Grupo Antolin SQA Director
.- Participate actively in department meetings
.- Guarantee availability and training of necessary resources and all means required for their functions
.- Guarantee correct information flow from/to STAs under their responsability, keeping meetings with them in a regular basis
.- Coordinate activities with other areas within SQA organization: purchasing, project teams, plants
.- Guarantee correct information flow with all areas having a contact with SQA organization
.- Support Project teams / plants in issues related with supplier chain
.- Set up and follow up in a regular basis KPIs in order to measure the efficiency of STA activity. Set up action plans accordingly
.- Support their teams whenever it is required
.- Search, propose and apply optimized ways of managing activities
.- Guarantee that activities in SQA Organization are made in a standard way and fulfilling the procedures valid at that time
.- Participate in supplier decision meetings
.- Guarantee fast creation of APQP / PPAP dossiers and its management without delays based on Project milestones
.- Guarantee good management of risks related part numbers under their responsability
.- Know capability, resources and performance of suppliers under their responsability
.- Identify areas of improvement for suppliers under their responsability, promote and follow up action plans in order to achieve that
improvement
.- Lead new suppliers assesments and audits
.- Lead escalation of supplier during development phases
.- Prepare Budget, follow up expenses, guarantee Budget accomplishment
