Sr. Specialist Procurement

Baxter Healthcare Corporation is currently seeking a Sr. Specialist Procurement to join our team in Ahmedabad. As a key member of our procurement department, you will play a crucial role in attaining supplier resources and ensuring the successful execution of various MIP projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the flawless delivery of world-class healthcare products.

What will you be doing !

Attain supplier resources to conduct pre-feasibility studies for MIP projectsCoordinate suppliers with various internal teams to ensure project readiness and on-target deliveryLead supplier interaction with internal SMEs to solve problems and drive alignmentCommunicate project updates and highlight potential risks leadership team.Update project data in the system and ensure accuracyBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers and colleagues within the organization.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical procurement standardsFollow up with suppliers after project implementation Regularly track project progress and provide updates to the Associate Director - Procurement MIPPrepare and present MIP Dashboards on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basisWork closely with teams from different departments and individuals from various locations outside India.
