You are a trusted expert in networking, data center, and security architecture, helping clients modernize their environments and adopt cutting-edge technologies. You thrive in conversations with seasoned IT professionals, breaking down complex challenges into strategic solutions. 

Your role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business outcomes and IT initiatives, leading the charge in multi-cloud, data center, and security transformations. Whether it's designing scalable architectures, improving security postures, or optimizing hybrid IT environments, you craft holistic solutions that move the needle. 

  

What you'll do:

  

Engage with customers to understand business challenges and develop technical strategies that align IT with business goals. 

Understand the customer environment and help them choose the right platform and complementary networking and security solutions to reduce risk and improve their security posture 

Define and document solution architectures, writing Statements of Work (SOWs) to align expectations with delivery teams. 

Collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure successful implementation of networking and security solutions. 

Business results through increased attach rates, complete solution design, and services selling 

Strategic roadmaps or initiatives that really move the needle with our customers.  

Bridging the gap between business outcomes and IT initiatives 

Architecture and design of holistic Hybrid Cloud solutions.  

Collaborate with the solutions architecture and services delivery teams to ensure we are creating holistic solutions that combine both the technology and implementation and deployment services to support customer adoption 

   

What you'll bring to the table:

  

Minimum 5 years’ experience in architecting, selling, or implementing hybrid IT, networking, and security solutions. 

Experience working with both technical resources and business leaders to establish trust and credibility across an organization 

Ability to embrace the technical and business development responsibilities of the role 

Ability to identify process improvements that will help everyone work more efficiently 

Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills. 

Strong verbal and written communication skills 

High level of commitment to exceptional customer service 

Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with colleagues and customers 

Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment 

Experience working with a technology reseller or manufacturer is preferred 

Deep expertise in networking (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, SASE), data center (VMware, NetApp, Nutanix), and security. 

Strong understanding of zero-trust security models, segmentation, cloud security, and compliance frameworks. 

Technical security certifications are strongly preferred (CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, CEH).  Please include a list of current and previously held certifications with your application 

The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and French. 

University degree or college diploma, preferred.
