**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer B2 with 6 to 9 years of experience in Spring Boot Java and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Cards & Payments domain. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive the companys mission to enhance financial services. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Spring Boot Java and JavaScript. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. + Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in the software. + Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members. + Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing features. + Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability and performance. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software remains current. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. + Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. + Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards. + Support the deployment and monitoring of applications in production environments. **Qualifications** + Possess strong experience in Spring Boot Java and JavaScript. + Demonstrate expertise in the Cards & Payments domain. + Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code. + Have experience with version control systems like Git. + Display strong communication and collaboration skills. + Be capable of working in a hybrid work model. + Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. + Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. + Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. + Have experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. + Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
