As a Sr. Software Development Engineer in the Amazon Profiles team in Personalization, your work delivers transformational, AI-powered end-to-end experiences to seek to understand each customer uniquely and deeply. Amazon Profiles represents a highly-visible charter, with exposure and sponsorship at the S-Team level. We leverage our understanding of each customer to personalize the moments that matter along the Shopping journey, while making it easy for customers to tell us when we get it wrong. We leverage generative AI to use this deep customer insight to help our customers more confidently navigate their shopping journey.
