What you'll do The Sr. Software Developer, GTM will design, develop, and implement SaaS-based Application, Data, and Integration Engineering solutions that run our internal business, as well as evaluate existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs. This role requires deep GTM Tech configuration and customization knowledge, integration experience, and sound judgment to plan and deliver effectively. Over time, the successful candidate will own one or more pieces of our Enterprise Application Projects and may be required to lead or direct the work of others. This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager of GTM Engineering. Responsibility Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain solutions on the GTM platform and other supporting technologies Collaborate with the internal product management team to understand the business requirements, enabling the delivery of innovative solutions that address performance, scalability, and reliability Develop the automation using the workflows and flows available in the GTM tech stack Ensure smooth functioning and availability of applications like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Briefing Source, Carvello, Clari, Chorus, Loopio, Vivun, etc Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including performance optimization and bug fixing Develop and maintain integrations using SOAP and REST API between various GTM applications Develop Integration between GTM Apps ((ZoomInfo, Outreach, Vivun, Gainsight etc.), Salesforce and Snowflake using OAuth Connect and Native integration Upgrade web apps on the Salesforce App Library using connected apps Provide guidance to users, including sales, partner, and customer success teams, addressing their queries and technical issues Implement custom features, workflows, and automation to enhance the functionality of GTM tools Develop a framework and deploy data migration efforts between new GTM tools Lead projects, assist in estimating work effort, determining required resources, and setting a realistic development schedule Evaluate existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and ensure final solutions meet organizational needs Find opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline processes within GTM applications Manage user access and permissions within GTM applications to ensure data security Ensure that the use of GTM tools aligns with relevant data protection and privacy regulations Liaise with third-party vendors for support, updates, and feature enhancements Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for GTM applications, including user guides, FAQs, and technical documentation Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into the effectiveness of GTM tools and processes Monitor system performance metrics and take proactive measures to address potential issues Collaborate with Software Engineers to deliver software projects using development processes such as Agile/Scrum Work multi-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product and interface development Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of development and integration experience on various GTM Tech stack 8+ years of experience in IT applications, emphasizing GTM tech stack configuration, customization, and support 3+ years of experience with any object-oriented programming language 3+ years of experience in query language like SQL 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining GTM tech stack applications 3+ years of experience working with different integration design patterns Preferred Familiarity with the Sales Process in an enterprise environment Superior communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated understanding of requirements gathering and creating/deploying solutions to end-users Experience with GTM applications like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Briefing Source, Carvello, Loopio, Vivun, Clari, Chorus etc Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
