Your Role at Baxter

As the Sr. Sales Resource Coordinator, you are the primary liaison between a team of field sales representatives and commercial operations support resources.

This is a full-time hybrid with the standard working hours of Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. The hybrid model includes working from home on Monday and Fridays while reporting to the Charleston, SC office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Candidates must be local to the area and able to meet these in-office requirements.

What You'll Be Doing:Quote Creation - Create and distribute product quotes to sales repsOrder entry for Infrastructure projectsInfrastructure Order management - follow up on orders, update dates and products when neededLiaison with a variety of functions as needed - Product Managers, Order Expedite Team, Planning, Shipping, and others at all plants, to ensure orders meet expectations.Communicate key order changes to the appropriate field team membersDetermine alternative solutions to accommodate various requests from field using knowledge of system and processes when applicablePartner with cross functional teams when order has specified delivery date outside of normal lead times to expedite when neededPartner with Operations and Production Planning as appropriateResearch Contract Pricing, SKU’s, Promotional Pricing, and other quote details.Communicate GPO contract quotes and terms and follow up with Contract Admin team as needed on master dataProvide details on product promotions and facilitate credit returnsNew hire training as required

What You'll Bring:Associates Degree preferred, or equivalent experience3+ years customer service experience in a similar capacitySolid knowledge in SAP, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce.comExperience with quote generation and order processing toolsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExceptional problem-solving, attention to detail and planning skills and time management skills

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $52,800 - $72,600 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
