Sr. Sales Enablement Manager, Amazon Ads

Amazon Advertising is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement professional to work with the Amazon Business leaders to define, land and execute against our strategic priorities. This role will co-own the revenue goals for the team by continuously looking for means to improve the overall advertiser experience. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales enablement in a large organization, with the ability to map technical requirements and corporate resources into a comprehensive sales productivity and readiness plan. The ideal candidate would have strong communication skills, ability to work cross-functionally, and translate business needs into initiatives.
This is a hands-on position with high visibility and needs a willingness to “roll up their sleeves” and get things done.
Key job responsibilities
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish the vision for advertising servicing team (sales, account managers & operations) and prioritize programs that directly improves servicing experience for advertisers, seeing them through from start to finish
• Design and implement tools/workflows that empower sales team members, account management and operations teams to deliver better value to advertisers
• Work with world-wide teams to evaluate solutions and customize them for India business aimed at productivity/efficiency improvements
• Identify gaps and opportunities in current processes, scope out requirements and influence product and tech charter (IN & WW) . Own GTM and adoption goals for solutions rolled out.
• Design and implement programs to improve effectiveness of our Joint Business Planning processes with advertisers.
• Design and implement metrics to measure impact, effectiveness, appropriateness, and utility on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments.
• Build and execute a knowledge management and sharing framework within the team to share best practices and case studies with an objective to drive learning.
