What you will do:
Lead the design and administration of compensation programs, policies, and practices for over 1,200 roles across multiple business areas Collaborate with Business Leaders, Finance, and HR Business Partners to align compensation strategies with business objectives Deliver market analysis, benchmarking, and pay mix recommendations that support internal equity and external competitiveness Ensure accurate and timely incentive payouts, partnering with the Sales Operations, Payroll, and HRIS teams to validate calculations and system reporting Support mergers & acquisitions by harmonizing sales plans, reviewing executive compensation agreements, and contributing to our M&A compensation playbook Provide consultative support on compensation policies, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency across functions and acquired entitiesWhat’s in it for you:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 4-6 years of experience in sales compensation design Work visa sponsorship is not available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $148,800 and 10% bonus in MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
