What You Will Do
As the Sr. Sales Analyst, you will serve as a primary contact for administration of all equipment buyouts, rollovers, and returns on financed transactions through Stryker’s leasing arm, Flex Financial.
Primary point of contact for Flex Regional Finance Managers, Divisional Sales Representatives, Customers, and Lenders surrounding contract maturity and end of term activities for disposable based usage agreements
Reconciling quotes for payoffs and refinances upon request
Coordinate return of old equipment upon shipment of new equipment to avoid overlapping payments between the old and new agreements
Partner with divisional service departments and finance leaders to coordinate Stryker off-lease equipment repurchases
Reconciling and terminating contracts based on action taken by the customer
Send End of Term notices to Sales Team and Customer at 180, 150, and 90 days prior to contract end of term
Prepare and report out on End of Term metrics and performance
Coordinate and distribute future maturity reports to the sales team
Manage creation and distribution of return authorizations
Maintain and extend pricing on disposable contracts as needed
Partner with the sales team as it relates to dollars generated in excess of the customer’s obligation and how to apply those funds
Provide high level of customer service to both internal and external customers related to all aspects of lease administration items
Ensure communication, coordination and reporting and conduct necessary meetings, as a precondition for effective and efficient repossession of equipment
What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree required
2+ years relevant work experience required
Lease asset management or equipment finance industry experience highly preferred
General accounting, reconciliation, finance, or related experience preferred
$65,400 - $132,300 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
