The Sr. Revenue Strategist is a key member of the Revenue Strategy team, responsible for driving strategic revenue initiatives across multiple Lennar operating divisions. This role plays a critical leadership function in developing and scaling pricing strategies, optimizing revenue performance, and enabling field teams with the insights, tools, and training necessary for effective execution. Operating at a strategic and cross-functional level, the Senior Revenue Strategist collaborates with sales leadership, analytics, marketing, finance, and technology to deliver data-driven recommendations and implement scalable, market-responsive revenue solutions that support Lennar’s long-term growth.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
Lead the design and implementation of revenue strategies across operating divisions, ensuring alignment with national revenue goals and market dynamics.Serve as a strategic advisor to Division Sales and Executive leadership, influencing pricing, product mix, and promotional approaches through data-backed insights and scenario modeling.Guide change management and adoption of new revenue tools, platforms, and processes through targeted enablement, stakeholder engagement, and performance tracking.Analyze division-level revenue performance to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities, and translate findings into high-impact, scalable recommendations.Develop and present executive-level reporting and strategic briefings on market conditions, competitor behavior, and revenue trends, enabling faster and more informed decisions.Mentor and support Revenue Strategists and cross-functional partners to elevate execution and ensure consistency in revenue optimization practices across divisions.Partner with Analytics, Finance, Digital Marketing, and IT teams to integrate data insights into revenue decision-making and foster alignment around shared KPIs.Lead the development of knowledge-sharing frameworks that institutionalize best practices across regions and divisions.Contribute to the evolution of the company’s revenue strategy playbook by proactively identifying innovations, market shifts, and emerging risks.Represent the Revenue Strategy team in cross-functional working groups and special initiatives with a focus on long-term scalability and business impact.Travel ~40% of the time to operating divisions.Your Toolbox
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.3–5 years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, sales operations, or business analytics—ideally within the homebuilding or real estate industry.Deep expertise in pricing strategy, demand forecasting, sales enablement, and competitive market analysis.Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives across multiple departments and business units.Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Strong analytical acumen with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of translating complex information into compelling narratives.High degree of initiative, ownership, and results orientation; able to drive progress independently while managing ambiguity.Knowledge of the homebuilding industry, economic cycles, and local market dynamics preferred.Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
