\nPitchBook’s Sr. Recruiter plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to making job offers. This role is pivotal in ensuring PitchBook has a highly skilled and diverse workforce.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
\n\nTake ownership of the entire recruiting process, including working with hiring managers to adhere to the processes in place\nProactively source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals\nCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies\nEffectively utilize the CRM to develop and maintain a network of potential candidates to build a talent pipeline, including creating a tagging structure, dynamic lists, and nurture campaigns\nReview resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization\nConduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural alignment\nAdminister assessment tests and exercises as needed to evaluate candidate capabilities\nDemonstrated ability to screen, assess, and present the most qualified candidates to hiring team\nProvide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process\nMaintain ongoing communication with candidates to keep them informed of their application status\nConfidently and consistently make and negotiate offers and close candidates\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)\nGenerate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of the recruitment process\nAssist in putting together quarterly business reviews for departments\nEnsure interview feedback is recorded and appropriate, and when not, work with hiring managers to correct\nStay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment\nIdentify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements to streamline recruitment procedures\nMentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators on all aspects of recruiting lifecycle\nProvide consultation and training to departments regarding all facets of the hiring process, including interviewing, selection, and diversity\nSupport the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors\nParticipate in various company initiatives and projects as requested\n\n\n
Skills and Qualifications:
\n\n6+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience\n6+ years of experience with an ATS, Greenhouse preferred\nBachelor’s degree preferred\nExperience working with a CRM for recruiting purposes strongly preferred\nTrue “people person” who loves talking to people, learning about people, and working with people - all day every day \nProven experience in creative sourcing, including diversity sourcing and outreach \nExpert multi-tasker able to balance urgency and thoroughness \nEnjoy and excel in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and high-performance environment \nVersed in employment laws and best-practices to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements in all hiring and employee relations practices \nProficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily\n\n\n

Compensation
\n\nAnnual base salary: $110,000-$118,000\nTarget annual bonus percentage: 10%\n\n\n
*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.

Working Conditions:
\nWe believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it’s helpful to have some flexibility to work remotely. Most roles work in the office 3+ days/week, and some are expected to work in the office 4-5 days/week. The current expectation for this role is that you are working in the office 3+ days/week and that you are in the office full-time during the training period, for which the length varies by role. During an initial phone screen, the team will discuss expectations for this specific position.
\nThe job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
