Sr. Quality Manager, PV GSS Operations

As the Senior Quality Manager for Global Shared Services (GSS), you will lead our quality strategy across global operations. You'll manage a team of Quality Specialists while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to define and implement quality standards that drive excellence in our service delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of managing a team, effectively leading through ambiguous situations, and identifying simple solutions to complex problems. You are an expert in quality management systems and the utilization of customer insights and data to inspire a culture of continuous improvement. The quality bar is not static, you will always seek to improve. You are willing and able to handle administrative day-to-day while also collaborating and contributing to process planning and rollouts for future growth potential and efficiency. You will have a proven track record of leading globally diverse teams, leading and inspiring your team to be solution finders insisting on the highest standards. In this role you will be responsible for defining and implementing a robust GSS Quality Management Framework, spanning organizations and geographies. You will be accountable for the overall program strategy, communication and governance mechanisms. This will include inspecting existing quality measures, partnering with the operations team and internal stakeholders to gather insights. You will own the end to end process for quality management, from design production to campaign operation. You will be responsible for the performance of your team, coaching, guiding and developing a team of quality leaders. Quality Management * Design and implement the end-to-end quality framework across GSS Operations. * Develop and maintain quality standard, audit plans and compliance processes. * Drive data-driven decisions through performance metrics and trending analysis. * Partner with Stakeholders to benchmark quality metrics and implement improvements. Process Improvement * Lead Innovation initiatives and implement strategic process improvement. * Collaborate with product/tech teams to identify automation opportunities. * Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and workflow optimization. Basic Qualifications - 8+ years of experience leading multi functional teams. - 5+ years of experience in a quality management/engineering. - Proven track record implementing Quality Manager Systems. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Engineering, Business Management or relevant field. - Solid working knowledge using MS Excel, MS Project, Salesforce or equivalent tools. Preferred Qualifications - Advance degree (MBA/Master’s) in business or related field. - Lean or Six Sigma Certification. - Experience with quality management technology solutions. - Entertainment or streaming industry experience. - Global Team Management experience. - SQL/Tableau/PowerBI knowledge is a strong plus..
