**Job Summary** We are seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cucumber Java and Selenium. This role involves ensuring the highest quality of our software products through rigorous testing and automation. The position is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. **Responsibilities** + Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases. + Oversee the automation of test scripts using Cucumber Java and Selenium. + Provide detailed reports on test results and ensure issues are tracked and resolved. + Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies. + Ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing. + Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices to enhance testing efficiency. + Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability under various conditions. + Mentor junior quality engineers and provide guidance on best practices in testing and automation. + Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards. + Work closely with program management to align testing efforts with project timelines and goals. + Develop and maintain automated test frameworks to improve testing coverage and efficiency. + Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve testing processes. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience in Cucumber Java and Selenium. + Should have a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and practices. + Experience in program management is a plus. + Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing project requirements. + Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools. + Experience in performance and load testing. + Ability to mentor and guide junior team members. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends.
