Overview:
Independently works with relevant Staples' Business Units to manage a portfolio of business demand targeted toward Salesforce.com and other Sales Tools. Become a trusted advisor to these business units to partner with them on creative solutions to business challenges. Challenge the status quo and the solutions that the business thinks they need to ensure the business problem is addressed with a solution that is scalable, enables best practice, and works horizontally across the platform for sales and support teams at large. Lead strategic projects that arise over and above the day-to-day portfolio management. Analyze and document complex business problems, business systems and process requirements of a given initiative; potentially spanning internal and external business entities. Uses a variety of analytical tools and techniques relevant to the given initiative and has strong knowledge of the Project Life Cycle (PLC). Has a broad working knowledge of Staples' business requirements and aligns the requirements to Staples' strategy and vision. Possesses detailed knowledge of one or more business processes or functions. Provides necessary analysis to support cost/benefit and value drivers needed to justify projects.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of related work experience2+ years of experience working with Salesforce.comPreferred Qualifications:
