Sr. Project Manager
Description Project Orchid: Project Orchid is an integration project within the US Transformation Office, supporting the US COO and working across five business units in the US. Due to the NDA nature of the project, specific details cannot be disclosed. Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in financial services and wealth management. The ideal candidate will work alongside the Senior Business Analyst (BA) to drive the project forward, partnering with an existing PM and the program director. Skills Agile, lead, Project management, Stakeholder management Top Skills Details Agile,lead,Project management,Stakeholder management Additional Skills & Qualifications Responsibilities: • Collaborate on Project Orchid within the same business workstream. • Pair with the Senior BA to push the work forward. • Partner with an existing PM (employee) and Claire, the program director. • Focus on business workstreams and correlate work back to tech teams. • Work with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams. • Utilize Agile and Jira methodologies. • Manage operating models, HR, and change management. • Lead or be involved in large, cross-functional programs or multi-year cross-functional projects. Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in financial services. • Strong background in wealth management; brokerage/advisory experience is a bonus. • Experience working with legal, regulatory, and compliance teams. • No budgeting responsibilities. • Proficiency in Agile and Jira methodologies. • Preferably experienced in leading large, cross-functional programs or multi-year cross-functional projects. Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $95.00/hr.
