Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will oversee contract reviews and manage the scope of work for various projects. The role involves cultivating and selecting subcontractors for each project, organizing and conducting meetings internally and externally, including foreman meetings and discussions with municipalities. The manager will enforce policies at the job site and mentor and direct assistant project managers.

Essential Skills
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management.
+ 10+ years of project management experience, particularly with projects over $5 million.
+ Proficiency in Procore.
+ Experience in document control, design, and estimation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in joint venture billing.
+ Project experience over $15 million.
Work Environment
The position is based on the project site or in the office, specifically for school projects that require the Project Manager to be onsite. This particular project will span the next 2+ years in Bristol, CT. The team consists of 50 employees, evenly split between office and labor personnel. The Senior Project Manager will work alongside two superintendents, one for exterior and one for interior tasks, and will have two assistant project managers reporting to them. The company offers a take-home vehicle that comes fully insured. The average employee tenure is 15 years, reflecting the company's strong stability and open-door policy with owners actively involved in daily operations.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.50/hr.
