**Sr. Project Manager**
POWER Engineers, Member of WSP is seeking a Sr. Project Manager for our PCI Project Mgmt Dept located in Austin, TX. Flexibility is available for a hybrid work environment (employee will need to live within driving distance of the Austin office to be considered).
**Job Summary of Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Promote company culture and manage internal and external relationships
+ Manage status reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable, and unbilled for each project
+ Collaborate with project design teams
+ Provide leadership and mentoring to the project team
+ Develop & maintain schedules, lead project status meetings with project teams, oversee budgets, participate in proposal preparation, take a leading role in client relationships
+ Interface with other divisions, based on the nature of any particular project
+ This position will primarily have local travel to regional clients
+ Demonstrated Project Management skills should include CPM scheduling, budget and cost analysis, managing project teams, as well as proposal writing, client marketing, and project presentations
**Required Education/Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University required engineering, engineering management, or construction management discipline OR 10+ years of professional experience in the electric power and construction industry
+ Ten (10) + years of applicable industry experience
+ Ten (10) + years of relevant project management experience in a construction or engineering environment
+ Relevant experience includes small- to medium-scale project management, and/or project-lead construction or engineering experience on projects
+ Knowledge and experience with project management processes and tools required
+ General understanding of transmission systems required
**Desired Education/Experience**
+ PE registration is desired
+ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
