Sr. Program Specialist – Security

As a Sr. Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and executing programs within the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements. Your expertise in program management and your ability to drive results will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of the organization.

You will report directly to our Sr. Field Service Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Kanata, Ontario location.

\n\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of programs, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

\n\n

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

\n\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\n\n\tLead and manage programs within the Building Automation business unit focused on security\n\tDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams\n\tDevelop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation\n\tMonitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets\n\tIdentify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery\n\tCoordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns\n\tDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and practices\n\n\n\n

YOU MUST HAVE

\n\n\n\t6+ years of experience in building automation program management\n\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in Access Control, Security, and VMS Systems\n\tAbility to acquire Secret Federal Government Clearances\n\tValid G driver’s license\n\n\n
