At Amazon we are expanding our last-mile network by launching Delivery Stations (DS) nationwide to deliver packages to customer. We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager in Network Strategy function who works closely with regional operations stakeholders, account managers, internal teams, and customers to manage life cycle for DSs located in Japan.
Network Strategy function is accountable for developing long-term strategies for Amazon Logistics' network in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. This role will also lead the development of Lifecycle Planning Program for DS.
Network Strategy is new to the Japan Last Mile team, so this role will have a tremendous amount of influence in shaping the team’s overall strategy. There are a lot of opportunities to collaborate with Europe and North America teams.

• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal partners
• Developing new plans and roadmap to drive network expansion
• Cross functional leadership for coordination and alignment with external partners
• Collaboration with Europe and North America teams to share best practices.
• Coach younger program managers to improve capability and capacity year on year.
