Role Overview:

The Sr. Program Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver on all program deliverables within the terms and conditions of the contract(s) and business case(s). The role is guided by commercial practices/policies and impacts approaches, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team. High levels of judgement are required due to significant control and influence over commercial priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage all contract performance activities tied to customer(s) and program(s).Manage the transfer of information/requests and interface between the customer and internal teams.Assure timely resolution of issues, keep the customer advised of the progress of the program, and negotiate changes, variations, and solutions to issues.Assume responsibility for contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial and technical metrics specific to contract(s). May also support proposal and negotiations.Develop and maintain specialized knowledge of commercial developments within own area, contribute toward strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems within programs/projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, and/or customers. Use technical experience and expertise to analyze data in support of recommendations and seek new perspectives on existing solutions.Travel up to 25%, domestic and international

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 9 years of experience in Program/Project Management)Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program/Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree from an accredited university or college8+ years of experience in Program Management rolesPMP certifiedExperience in the aviation/aerospace industryMaterial Management expertiseDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problemsStrong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to influenceStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programs

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
