Video advertising is rapidly evolving as customers shift their viewing experiences from traditional linear TV to streaming via connected devices. Prime Video is a rising player in this space. As the Sr. Program Manager, VOC, you will create and own the strategy of the Voice of Customer program for PV Ads. you will review customer feedback across various channels, identify top themes, and develop mechanisms to report and action VOC to improve the PV ads experience.

This position will be instrumental in helping govern key inputs into our team's strategic planning and roadmap of initiatives that will help change how advertisers engage with consumers via streaming media around the world. You will partner with Customer Service and support our product teams. Your work will be fast-paced, challenging, and varied. You'll also be able to experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.

Key job responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact and oversee the PV Ads VOC program to inform product, engineering, and go-to-market priorities and business approach.
• Work across multiple global organizations including customer service, product, and engineering to align on and achieve objectives.
• Provide regular program updates and share insights with stakeholders from all levels of the organization including directors and above.
• Operate with autonomy, showing high judgment in decisions that impact customer experience.
• Measure and drive adoption of the program across the organization.
