Sr. Program Manager, University Recruiting Partnerships

Overview:

We are seeking a driven, innovative and impactful Sr. Program Manager to help drive our global university recruiting partnership strategy. The Sr. Program Manager, University Recruiting Partnerships will support building and strengthening Gartner’s employer and recruiting brand with our partner organizations. As the Program Manager, Partnerships you will report to our Director, University Recruiting Partnerships & Programs and work with them to develop and scale external university partnerships and events strategy. This is your opportunity to help us identify and recruit early career talent across the global organization through strategic partnership management and by planning and executing events. 

What You Will Lead:

Execute the management of our highest impact partnerships approach that supports Gartner’s talent acquisition focus and priorities, while ensuring the strategy is tailored to region and country specific needsInitiate, cultivate, maintain, and evaluate relationships with the external partners that serve and support early career talentManage key stakeholder relationships with recruiting leaders, business leaders, and other key partners to build critical components of the University Recruiting Partnership StrategyEffective and impactful management and execution of partnership activities including, development and planning, research, communication, briefing, production, vendor/partner management, and reportingCreating and manage project plans and setback schedules to manage program deliverableMentor associates across the University Programs & Partnerships team and support ongoing learning and development opportunities in partnership with leadershipSupport onboarding training of new associates on the University Recruiting teamManage and execute event planning for partnership events to ensure positive experience for internal leaders and associates who attend and supportLead planning and strong collaboration with internal teams on all logistical supportLead design and execution of comprehensive portfolio marketing strategy to align with partnership goals and objectivesDevelop and establish best practices that support innovative and creative ways to attract the best and brightest early career candidates and increase our competitive advantage through partnershipsConduct market and program research to provide relevant data, analysis, and recommendations to inform and guide decision making across all strategic partnership efforts. Lead sharing these best practices across the teamEvaluate ROI and measures of success for assigned partnerships, and make recommendations for longer term partnership trajectory leveraging these insightsLead partnership renewal proposals and partner with leadership to secure approvalsSupport managing Partnership annual budgeting tasks and lead securing monthly spend projections.Collaborate with the Director, University Recruiting Partnerships & Programs, external and internal cross-functional partners to operationalize, scale, and execute events and activities identified as a part of the partnership agreement (i.e. events, competitions, social media activations, outreach efforts, partner job boards)Manage candidate data, reporting and analysis across university partnership conferences, events and special programming/initiatives. Provide input and make recommendations into cross-functional analysis of university strategy and initiatives to ensure effectiveness and consistent executionDevelop knowledge and fully utilize key systems to drive more effective partnership results across the global portfolio (Workday, Beamery, etc.)Serve as primary workstream leader for key partnership initiatives and projects (systems, reporting, marketing, etc.)

What You Will Need:

6+ years of experience in university recruiting1-2 years of experience in creating, cultivating, and managing partnershipsClear demonstration of driving resultsAbility to build influential relationships, internally and externally while also leading and driving changeProven experience of influencing other in a team setting and building effective relationshipsExperience in creating processes and best practices with a focus on operationalizing and streamliningExperience working with recruiting tools and systems (CRM, ATS, etc)Strong organizational skills and ability to plan multiple events simultaneouslyExperience in cross-functional collaboration both internally and externallyExperience in creating, cultivating, and managing partnershipsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent problem-solving skills, proactive, resilient and ability to thrive in an ambiguous environmentProven consultative skills to innovate/help internal stakeholders change the lens on how we recruiter early career talent from partnershipsAbility to travel (20%)

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 76,800 USD - 106,260 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
