Sr. Product Manager, Innovation and AI
**Sr. Product Manager – Artificial Intelligence** Join our brand new 8500 sqft innovation center in Austin, where we focus on solving our customers' greatest unmet needs with disruptive solutions. Our mission is to enable our customers to deliver the best patient outcomes, and we serve roughly half of the hospitals across the United States. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Product Manager for AI to join our team. This product manager will be responsible for conceptualizing and validating the use of AI and Generative AI (GenAI) in customer-facing products and internal use cases. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conceptualize and validate AI and GenAI applications in customer-facing products and internal use cases. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams from product, engineering, services, and sales to rapidly prototype solutions. + Work in a lean startup environment, starting with problems to be solved and hacking together prototypes for customer validation. + Build and evangelize Omnicell’s AI strategy, internally and externally. + Engage with customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions. + Push the envelope in product management, with a focus on disruptive and innovative approaches. **Technical Skills:** + Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks. + Understanding of AI and GenAI principles and their application in product development. + Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. + Familiarity with cloud platforms and services. + Understanding of product management tools and methodologies. **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. + Proven track record of success as a Product Manager in a start-up or early stage company managing AI-driven products, with experience rapidly developing and launching innovative products in established markets. + Strong experience working with hardware and software teams, with a deep understanding of agile development processes. + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs and market opportunities through deep customer obsession. + Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards a common goal. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes. + Extra points for attempting to build something revolutionary that failed and learning from the experience.
