Sr. Product Manager, Fashion and Fitness
The Fashion and Fitness (F2) Pricing team is seeking a motivated self-starter who’s passionate about developing strategy and new initiatives that impact the future of our business.

The Senior Product Manager will focus on Pricing, leading two critical functions for the Amazon Fashion Business: 1) Pricing Strategy: working closely with Central Pricing team leaders to help define, build, and deliver pricing strategies, products and programs that earn customer trust, and 2) Pricing Operations: supporting our pricing intelligence and pricing engines. This role comes at the intersection of pricing, finance, technology, statistics, and strategy and is inherently cross-functional – you will have to work with a diverse team including members from Central Pricing, F2 Pricing, and F2 Vendor Management, as well as stay closely connected to various global teams at Amazon to assist the delivery of the best pricing experience for customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Evaluate the F2 landscape and adjust our pricing strategy accordingly, balancing a strong customer focus with profitability initiatives
- Develop and report on key pricing efforts and metrics to F2 senior leadership
- Understand business objectives from various stakeholders and continually align your work with those objectives
- Analyze and develop solutions for business problems at their root, stepping back to understand the broader context
- Document clear requirements for your initiatives
- Drive and launch initiatives to completion, partnering effectively with supporting teams

A day in the life
In this role, you will define and understand key business questions related to Amazon's Retail and 3rd Party Pricing strategies and relationships, manage efforts to analyze data to answer those questions and play an integral role in strategic decision-making and building the right technology and solutions. The successful candidate will understand pricing theories and practices, data mining and an ability to use the data in financial modeling. They will be proficient with SQL, have strong executive communication skills, and enjoy identifying the root cause of a problem and proposed solution. This person will need to develop strong working relationships with business partners (such as Amazon Pricing, and Vendor Management teams) to define and understand key business questions and analyze data to answer those questions – driving strategic pricing decisions.
