Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Process Engineer - Upstream to join our world-class Engineering team in St. Louis. Responsibilities:

mplement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity in the upstream manufacturing processesCollaborate with teams from different departments to ensure smooth execution of process development and technology transfer activities.Lead and support process scale-up and validation activities for new product introductionsConduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance process performanceGenerate and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and batch records

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years of proven experience in process engineering within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industryStrong understanding of upstream manufacturing processes and technologiesExceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to successfully implement process improvementsMotivated individuals eager to excel in a dynamic and demanding work setting
