About the Role
This role is responsible for the microphone system designing, tuning and optimizing end-to-end for Smart Speaker, Conference Speaker, Earphones, Headphone, Helmet, Wireless Mic, TV, and soundbar product category for Harman Embedded Audio, ensuring that microphone system performance will continue to be competitive advantage in all products and solutions.

What You Will Do
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree or above in acoustic, electrical, mechanical or computer science12+ years acoustics background experienceFull of experience in the mic component design, mic acoustic design, mic algorithm tuning, mic system testingFamiliar with voice processing of people to people, people to machine, including but not limited to AEC, NR, BF, AGC, EQ, and know the effects of the algorithm parametersUnderstand about the AVS, GVA and TEAMS certificationSkilled use of various mic design tools, like Soundcheck, AP, HATS, Audacity, etc.Understand the mainstream DSP in the market and their characteristicsGood communication skill and show professional knowledge when discuss with the suppliers and customersExcellent verbal and written in EnglishWhat is Nice to Have
