Your Career

In the Sr. Principal, Value CoE Data Analytics role, you will play a critical role in capturing and deriving insights from customer data to drive value selling. You will develop and manage a benchmarking database, analyze performance data, and make data-driven recommendations. The data and insights support scaling value-based engagement across the customer journey. Additionally, you will collaborate with product teams to integrate and utilize telemetry data effectively and develop data strategies that enhance value selling.

Your Experience 

At least 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related fieldProven track record in capturing and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insightsStrong experience in developing and managing benchmarking databasesExcellent analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendationsExperience in working with product teams to integrate and utilize telemetry dataDemonstrated ability to develop and implement data strategiesProficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field - advanced degree preferred or equivalent military experience required

The Team

The Worldwide Shared Services organization develops the best practices and resources to enable consistently high performance within our global Go-to-Market organization. We support the executive team by facilitating many of the largest transformations affecting the Sales experience while also delivering hands-on support to selling teams with deal strategy, expertise, and programs.

Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $167000 - $247,000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
