工作职责：

驱动控制PCB的设计，包括元器件选择、变频器等功率转换电路的设计；变频器相关元器件的细节设计和应用，如EMI滤波器、线电抗器、冷却系统、接触器、线束等；常规电气工程支持工作，包括在测试塔或现场进行测试；制定电气元件的测试计划，创建测试环境和测试工具，以实现高效的性能和可靠性测试，执行测试程序并记录结果；创建详细技术文档，包括需求规范、设计文档、用户手册等；解决产品质量相关问题；其他分配的职责。

工作经验和技能要求：

本科以上学历，3年以上电力电子设计工作经验；熟悉强电设计工具，如Cadence；熟悉P-spice，PSIM，Matlab等电路仿真工具；熟悉电气元件选型；识别和应用新技术的能力；语言：CET-4及以上。其他关键能力：主人翁感和责任感，以结果为导向；创造性和开放的思维，精力充沛；良好的人际交往和沟通技巧；逻辑思维和积极主动。
