Your Impact:
As a Senior Payroll Specialist at OpenText, you will take the lead in managing end-to-end payroll processing within a given portfolio. This includes handling payroll administration tasks such as benefits, compliance, tax, and financial year-end administration. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, you will ensure smooth payroll operations and enhance the overall employee experience.
What the Role Offers:
Manage full-cycle payroll processing, including payroll input/output, benefits, tax compliance, and year-end procedures.Support payroll-related queries from internal and external parties, including auditors.Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and handle all payroll-related payment dispensations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll data issues and ensure accurate reporting.Contribute to payroll training and implement improvements to streamline operations.Assist in payroll risk management and identify opportunities for process improvement.
What You Need to Succeed:
5+ years of payroll experience, with strong knowledge in HR, finance, compliance, and compensation processes.Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and data management.EMEA Experience: Experience with countries such as Czech Republic, Poland, and the Middle East (especially Saudi Arabia) is valuable.Language Requirements: English is a must; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Czech, Polish) are a plus.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.Ability to make decisions and communicate effectively within a team.
