Sr. Partner Marketing Manager, LATAM GTM Programs, Partner Marketing LATAM
Overview: Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to focus on all type of partners for the AWS business in the LATAM region. This role will be responsible for localizing and delivering global partner marketing programs with a specific focus on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and various industries. The goal is to create programs that align with the unique realities of the LATAM market, enabling partners to generate targeted demand generation initiatives and accelerate their go-to-market strategies within specific industries and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with Regional Marketing Leaders, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), and Partner Sales Managers (PSMs) to develop joint marketing plans aligned with the goals and business needs of strategic partners.

Localize global partner marketing programs and campaigns for the LATAM region, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance in the local market, with a focus on SMBs and specific industries.

Create and deliver targeted demand generation programs for partners, enabling them to reach and engage with their desired customer segments effectively.

Manage marketing funds and budgets allocated to strategic partners, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.

Establish a cadence of Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) with key stakeholders to review performance, share updates, and align on strategic initiatives.

Support Regional Marketing Leaders and PDMs in presenting and launching partner marketing programs, ensuring successful adoption and execution.

Develop operational plans and marketing strategies for partners on an annual basis, aligning with AWS's overall marketing priorities in the LATAM region.

Drive interlock and alignment with the Field Marketing team to ensure that Partner Marketing programs amplify AWS's marketing priorities in the LATAM region.

Continuously seek to improve communications and resources for partners, ensuring they are aware of the full scope of marketing support offered by AWS.

Generate and track pipeline metrics, ensuring the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives in driving business growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in partner marketing, preferably with a focus on the technology or cloud computing industry.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, services, and the cloud landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging marketing materials.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Creativity and innovative thinking, combined with a strong understanding of marketing best practices and trends.
Proficiency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese being a plus.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or regional environment is highly desirable.
