As a Pre-Purchase Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing TRID documents for completeness and meet regulatory and investor guidelines.  You will assist the Pre-Purchase teams in resolving regulatory fails, work daily reports and assist internal and external customers through system generated work assignments and email requests.

This hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) role is based in Jacksonville, FL. This role does not offer relocation assistance or immigration sponsorship.

 

Job Responsibilities 

Review escalated work requests from internal and external partners  Review procedures and understand how to properly apply them when reviewing loans. Validate client documentation is executed properly and accurately according to Chase purchasing requirements Appropriately place conditions on loans for Correspondent to review when the provided documentation doesn't meet guidelines   Maintain production and quality levels on all loans reviewed Work daily and weekly reports 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

Minimum of 3+ years of TRID knowledge  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have mortgage loan origination, processing or closing experience Must have an understanding of mortgage closing documents Must be detail oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and production Must be able to evaluate and analyze loan level information in order to determine the appropriate action  Must be able to perform in a fast-paced production environment Must be able to read and interpret a Mavent report or any Compliance report
